NMR

The CRBS and its umbrella-associated facility, Quebec/ Eastern Canada High Field NMR Facility (QANUC) boasts state-of-the art nuclear magnetic resonance infrastructure. The CRBS home floor houses a 600 MHz spectrometer with cold probe for the highest sensitivity possible. It is used for small molecule structure determination and for characterizing proteins with the highest level of isotopic labeling (2H/13C/15N) for studies of protein dynamics and structure.
