Mass Spectrometry

CRBS infrastructure includes both Bruker Microflex MALDI -TOF and Amazon Speed ETD ion trap mass spectrometers. Combined with 1D reverse phase HPLC, the ion trap can be used for LC-MS/MS analysis of intact protein mass and small molecule mass. The MALDI-TOF is useful for metabolite, small molecule and small protein detection and analysis.
