the research management and faculty track program (rmft)
The CRBS is one of the 4 centers member of the McGill affiliated Consortium of Career and Professional Development. This consortium is funded by the Fonds de Recherche du Québec (secteur santé) and includes the RI-MUHC, the Douglas research center and the Lady Davis Institute.
The CRBS is leading the Research Management and Faculty Track Program. The program aims to prepare Postdoctoral Fellows for careers in academia as Principal Investigators and for roles in research operations and management. Postdoctoral Fellows participating in this program benefit from enhancing their understanding of faculty roles and the skills required to secure these positions, while increasing their opportunities to be immersed in the research enterprise (project, research, fiscal and human resources management).
